Information you choose to provide
If you contact OppositeMind by email, phone, or the project-brief form, the information you provide is used to respond to your inquiry and communicate about potential or active work.
Project-brief submissions
When you submit the project form, its contents are delivered by email to OppositeMind through an email-delivery provider. The inquiry email may include the submission time, referring page, campaign parameters, browser or device information, IP address, and an approximate city, region, and country inferred from that IP. This technical context is used to understand how inquiries reach the site, prevent abuse, and troubleshoot delivery. IP-based location is approximate and may be inaccurate. The site does not create an account for you or store a separate copy of your brief in a website database.
Website analytics
This site uses Google Analytics to understand aggregate traffic, page usage, referral sources, and successful project-brief submissions. Google may process device and browser information, IP-derived location, identifiers, and usage data and may place analytics cookies. OppositeMind uses this information to improve the site and understand which outreach efforts are useful.
Website data
This site does not provide user accounts or accept payments. Basic technical request information may be processed to operate the site, prevent abuse, and troubleshoot delivery.
Service providers
The site, analytics, and email delivery may use third-party infrastructure providers that process submitted information and ordinary technical request information such as IP addresses, browser information, and server logs for measurement, security, and reliable delivery.
Sharing
OppositeMind does not sell personal information. Information may be shared with service providers when necessary to operate the site or deliver requested services, or when required by law.
